Welcome at this information center for the rural development activities of NGO Chakana. In these times, in which we are capable to contribute to a solution for the social-economic gap between rich and poor countries, Chakana has been founded to help improve the living circumstances of the Bolivian and Peruvian highland Indians.

Dutch and Bolivian professionals work together on a voluntary basis to achieve this. In this mountainous format we present you with an overview of our strategy, our works and our goals, and make suggestions about the way you could contribute to these important activities.
